We are looking for skilled, personable, and professional Bartenders to join our hospitality team in various East End Long Island locations, such as the Hamptons and Montauk. As a representative of our agency, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality beverage service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism. Job Description Salary : $23 - $25 Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or guest requests. Greet guests and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including bar equipment, tools, and glassware. Check identification to ensure guests meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption. Manage cash and card transactions accurately; follow proper opening and closing procedures. Monitor guest behavior and consumption levels to promote responsible alcohol service. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed. Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards as well as licensing laws. Collaborate with serving staff, barbacks, and venue managers to ensure smooth service. Qualifications Job Requirements: Ability to travel to East End Long Island locations such as Montauk and The Hamptons required. Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume or hospitality setting preferred. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, RBS) may be required depending on location.
