OCD Clinician (W2/employee position) OCD and anxiety specialist- Scottsdale, AZ Are you an eating disorder specialist eager to expand your expertise into OCD treatment? We're looking for a passionate clinician ready to grow their practice at one of the leading OCD treatment centers in the field. About CalmOCD CalmOCD is a mental health private practice located in Scottsdale, Arizona- Tucson, Arizona, & Sandy, Utah specializing in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, Phobias, body-focused repetitive behaviors, eating disorders and co-occurring depression. We utilize a variety of exposure-based treatments to help our clients work through their OCD and help build a solid foundation to combat their anxiety and compulsive behaviors. About the Role Full-time or Part-time mental health therapist position in private practice. You have a desire to treat individuals across the lifespan; especially adolescents and teens using the most recent evidence-based treatment. An attitude of fostering growth, positivity, and a passion to help those in need is a must. Individual must be willing to provide in-person, telehealth sessions, and in the community and home visits when appropriate. Therapist will receive 2 full weeks of paid training prior to accepting clients. A full time position is 25 (45-minute) sessions per week. If you are looking for less than a full-time schedule, that is also an option. We are flexible and can discuss your preferred hours and caseload with our leadership team to determine a schedule that aligns with your needs. We are seeking someone who enjoys working with clients across the lifespan, especially those passionate about supporting children, teens, and families. Clinician will assist patients with: Clinical review to determine appropriate diagnosis Educating patients and their families on anxiety diagnosis Providing evidence-based treatment to all patients Consulting with additional clinicians/psychiatrists when appropriate Clinical staff must support a positive work culture, have an eagerness to learn and adapt to research in the field. Clinicians will be supported regularly with ongoing specialized training with experienced OCD provider. Who We Are Looking For Required Qualifications Masters or Doctorate level therapist Clinical/Independent Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family therapist or Psychologist desired for this position Must be clinically licensed and in good standing with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners/Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners Provide confidential and non-judgmental services to patients Consistently maintain HIPAA compliant patient records Must be eager to join a private practice team, while practicing self-autonomy and utilizing support when necessary Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years in the treatment of mental health disorders Experience treating anxiety disorders with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness based treatments (MBCT) Licensure in Arizona and additional states Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience We look to create compensation growth opportunities Healthcare stipend and compensation for continued education and training Please send cover letter and resume to: Sara Brungardt, PhD., LPC Owner & Director of CalmOCD Job Types: Full-time or Part-time Salary: From $110,000.00 PLUS per year Benefits Paid time off Paid holidays $4,000 worth of bonus' per year Healthcare stipend of $1,100 a year matching 3% 401k $500 a year for training License/Certification: Clinically/ Independently Licensed Therapist (Required) Work Location: In person Pay: $110,000.00 per year Benefits 401(k) Flexible schedule Retirement plan Work Location: In person
