We are looking for an efficient HR/Payroll Administrator to join our team who will be responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle.You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR/Payroll documents, and updating internal databases.Our ideal candidate has experience with HR/Payroll procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.Responsibilities Review and analyze daily timecards Resolve payroll errors Answer employee HR and Payroll concerns Review and abide by company policies and procedures Communicate all information needed to Corporate appropriately and in a timely manner Maintains a high standard of confidentiality Recruiting for open positions Benefit Administration Ensure accurate records for new hires Organize and maintain personal records for onboarding and offboarding employees Update internal databases for hiring process Educational/Experience Qualifications Proven Experience in HR, Payroll and supervisory experience (+5 years) Bachelors Degree or equilvanee experience Attention to detail Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and employee relations Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Well-developed time-management skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) Empathy and compassion in helping others Pay:$25.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule:Monday to Friday Work Location:In person.
