We’re looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to build, manage, and optimize high-performing online stores across platforms like WooCommerce and Shopify. This role is focused on driving revenue growth through strong execution, smart optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Role Responsibilities Store/Product Management Build and maintain online stores (WooCommerce, Shopify) Manage product listings, collections, and promotions Ensure accuracy, consistency, and a strong user buying journey Implement + maintain payment gateways Optimization & Growth Improve conversion rates and purchase journeys Implement upsell, cross-sell, and AOV strategies Optimize for SEO, GEO, and overall performance Data & Performance Monitor key metrics (revenue, conversion rate, ROAS, AOV) Use GA4 and Google Ads data to guide improvements Identify opportunities to scale and improve results Platforms Run Google Ads accounts for E-Commerce clients Job Requirements Experience with WordPress + WooCommerce Strong background in online store creation and management Experience with Google Ads (e-commerce) Familiarity with GA4 and performance tracking Knowledge of SEO, GEO, and CRO Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and web tools Experience with Google Merchant Center Experience with Meta Commerce Manager Nice To Have Experience with Shopify Benefits PTO Days UTO Days Weekly Company Lunch Paid Holidays Some Remote Opportunities Health/Wellness Stipend Medical Stipend Annual Vacation Bonus
