Job Description
The Economic & Financial Analyst supports ALPA’s Research, Analytics & Strategic Planning department in the aviation industry. This role conducts economic, financial, and labor market analysis to inform contract negotiations, safety initiatives, and strategic decisions affecting airline pilots. The analyst builds financial models, evaluates airline performance, analyzes industry trends, and prepares forecasts and scenario analyses. The position develops data-driven reports and briefings for union leaders, contributes to policy and advocacy efforts, and collaborates with economists, attorneys, safety experts, and pilot representatives to advance ALPA’s mission.
