Robert Half has a client seeking a Freelance Editorial Lead with healthcare industry experience to support daily internal newsletters for employees across a large organization. This is a part-time, fully remote opportunity anticipated to last approximately three months, with the potential for extension. Weekly hours may vary based on business needs. Responsibilities include Perform initial content reviews and editorial quality assurance across a range of materials Enhance clarity, structure, tone, and consistency to align with established standards and guidelines Proactively identify gaps in content to ensure smooth progression Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate content opportunities and recommend optimal formats and approaches Support efficient content workflows from development through final delivery Maintain a steady pipeline of ready-to-publish content to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines Work closely with internal communications team and within existing workflows supported by Asana Requirements include: 7–10+ years of experience in editorial roles or content leadership positions Experience working within healthcare, academic, or other complex, highly regulated environments preferred Proven ability to support high-volume or recurring content production, with experience in fast-paced publishing cycles a plus Strong editorial judgment with the ability to thrive in dynamic, evolving environments Demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally with writers, designers, and internal communications teams Innovation starts with people. ® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
