ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Delivers workshops and training, and individual sessions with participants as needed, to assist them in improving their well-being and assisting Career Advisor with producing tailored work focused action plans when needed. Conducts workshops on topics such as career development The Power of Possible, stress management, conflict resolution, communication skills, digital literacy skills, English language skills, conflict resolution, parenting skills, and others.
