Mindful Measures is looking to build a pool of talented educational diagnosticians in the Dallas County area for the 26-27 school year. Mindful Measures matches educational diagnosticians to campuses in-need on a contract, 1099 basis. Pay is determined on a per-evaluation rate with payout biweekly. Responsibilities Willingness to travel amongst campuses in the Dallas County area, as assigned. Full location details to be determined closer to the start of the school year in August. Cognitive and achievement testing, with testing materials provided except a laptop. Report writing for initial evaluations (FIIES) and reevaluations (FIEs). Thorough data review to ensure accurate special education eligibility determination. Communication with assigned campus staff as needed. Ability to meet deadlines as set by the district partnership. Attendance at ARD/IEP meetings for students evaluated. Qualifications Must have valid Texas Education Agency issued Educational Diagnostician certification Minimum 1-2 years previous experience as an Educational Diagnostician preferred, but not required Must have reliable transportation Must have ability to test students and attend ARD meetings in-person at their designated campuses during normal school hours (report writing and other related tasks can be completed remotely) Familiarity with C-SEP Method is preferred, but not required (training available) Why Work with Us? Compensation Paid per completed evaluation - amount depending on experience, evaluation type, and scope of services required.
