In-Home EIDBI / ABA Level 1 or Level 2 PractitionerJob Overview Join our dedicated team as an In-Home EIDBI / ABA Practitioner, where you will support children with autism and developmental disabilities in their home environments. This rewarding role involves providing evidence-based behavioral therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and a collaborative clinical team to implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and create meaningful positive outcomes for children and their families. Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 in-home ABA/EIDBI services to children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising professionals Use ABA-based strategies to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors Collect and document client data accurately during therapy sessions Maintain timely and HIPAA-compliant session notes and documentation Collaborate with families and caregivers to support consistency across environments Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times Qualifications Qualified as a Minnesota EIDBI Level 1 or Level 2 Practitioner Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral intervention strategies Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in client homes and as part of a collaborative team Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes Compassionate, patient, and motivated to make a positive impact Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Flexible scheduling Paid training and ongoing supervision Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
