Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Control Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels and systems that meet rigorous quality standards. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of reliable, high-quality electrical components used across various industries. Duties Assemble electrical control panels and systems according to detailed schematics and technical drawings. Wire electrical components, including relays, switches, sensors, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs), ensuring proper connections and safety compliance. Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and machining equipment to accurately assemble and test electrical assemblies. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot wiring issues or assembly discrepancies effectively. Maintain detailed documentation of assembly processes, test results, and inspection reports to ensure traceability and quality control. Skills Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical wiring in manufacturing environments. Proficiency in reading schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams. Skilled in soldering techniques aligned with IPC 610 standards for both through-hole and surface mount components. Ability to use testing equipment like ohmmeters to verify electrical continuity and resistance levels.
