ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for projects of varying size. The Senior Project Manager leads a project management team to deliver exceptional results for our clients, while proactively developing new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential customers. Successful candidates must have over ten years of industry experience and display company core values as found in the CSI Orientation Packet. Essential Functions Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards to mitigate risk and ensure project success and profitability Make difficult decisions regarding projects and the allocation of project resources Assume ultimate responsibility for the outcome of projects Effectively supervise a team in the day to day management of projects Train a project management team in CSI company philosophy and systems Effectively supervise the maintenance of project required
