Their primary responsibility will be to design and develop electrical systems and components for CNC precision machine tools and automation equipment. Keep reading for more details! What’s in it for you: $80,000 – $110,000 salary Salaried position with straight time after 40 hours Direct hire opportunity Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits 401(k) + profit sharing Work with cutting-edge equipment in a growing industry Opportunity for career growth and development Occasional domestic and international travel What your day will look like: Design and document electrical systems based on machine tool standards and customer requirements Create electrical drawings using AutoCAD (AutoCAD Electrical preferred) Develop and maintain bills of materials within ERP systems Assist with project cost estimates and ensure projects stay within budget Conduct electrical testing and troubleshoot equipment Support machine assembly, start-up, testing, and final sign-off Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and service teams Identify and implement improvements to enhance performance and reduce cost/lead time Support service and maintenance of installed equipment What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required 3–5 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment preferred Experience with electrical/electronic system design and troubleshooting Proficiency in AutoCAD (AutoCAD Electrical preferred) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Proficient in Microsoft Office Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on a team High level of integrity and commitment to continuous improvement At Apex, we actively encourage applications from underrepresented groups.
