For more information, please visit www.resilience.com The Entry-Level Electrical Engineer will support the Facilities & Engineering team by assisting with small-scale electrical projects and progressively taking on larger, more complex initiatives. This individual will contribute to equipment upgrades, obsolescence management, documentation updates, and electrical distribution system support. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, technically curious, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality engineering work with a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities Project Support Start by executing and supporting small electrical engineering projects, with the opportunity to progress to larger project scopes as skills develop. Provide electrical expertise to cross-functional project teams as needed. Support equipment obsolescence assessments and contribute to planning and execution of upgrade strategies. Documentation & Technical Updates Update and maintain Preventive Maintenance (PM) documents. Assist in revising and creating technical specifications. Update and author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) to ensure compliance and clarity.
