This role isn’t about cranking out takeoffs or copying old numbers. It’s about owning the pursuit — building accurate, strategic, and competitive estimates that position the team to win the right work, not just any work. You’ll partner closely with leadership, project managers, and field teams to ensure every bid reflects how the job will actually be built. Electrical scopes here range from fast?paced tenant improvements to large, complex ground?up projects. Success comes from someone who sees the entire board: design intent, constructability, labor strategy, risk, and client expectations.
