Department Overview Motorola Solutions is a global leader in professional mobile communication systems, with a rich history of technological innovation and a vast network of installed systems worldwide. This particular opening is within Motorola Solutions' Systems Engineering group, with a focus on the Tennessee market. The group's primary work involves designing and implementing mission-critical mobile communication systems for government and public safety clients. Many of these systems adhere to the APCO 25 communication standard. With the increasing demand for data services, many of our customers' mobile wireless networks are being enhanced with LTE infrastructure to support applications such as live mobile video transmission, complementing our existing core voice and narrowband data networks.
