As an Electromechanic, you’ll be a key player in maintaining and improving the mechanical, electrical, and automated systems that power our facility. You’ll work hands-on with production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to a safe, efficient operation. Must be currently legal to work in Canada Must be 18 years or older P. in Electromechanics or Industrial Mechanics (or Quebec equivalent) Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting Ability to work at heights and flexible to work overtime, weekends, or holidays with notice Basic software knowledge for maintenance documentation Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment issues to keep production on track Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize mechanical and electrical systems Support morning production startup and ensure equipment is ready to go Carry out fabrication, welding, and modification tasks as needed Participate in equipment upgrades and improvement projects Maintain a clean and organized workshop and plant environment Follow food safety and workplace safety standards Certificate in equipment connection G. welding Familiarity with labeling (Bizerba) and packaging equipment (Omori, Ulma) Knowledge of HACCP and food industry standards Relocation assistance is not available.
