Electronic Assembler/Tech Aide We are currently seeking candidates with electrical, electronic, or mechanical assembly experience for an Electronic Assembler/Tech Aide position for a contract electronics manufacturer in Aurora, OH.In this position you will be assembling components of high-quality IT solutions through electronic assembly, mechanical assembly, and soldering.Shift:9:00am - 5:30pm Monday-Friday Pay:$18.00+/hour based on experience Key Responsibilities:Assemble, inspect, and test electronic equipment Perform electronic and mechanical assembly of high-quality devices, including KVM (keyboard-video-mouse) switches and environmental monitoring products Follow work process instructions and specifications, both written and verbal Identify and report defects in accordance with applicable workmanship standards (IPC) Perform verification tests in accordance with assembly instructions Control inventory by following purchasing and reorder procedures Perform electronic assembly with hand and electric tools on a regular basis Minimum Requirements:Proven assembly experience with a focus on small parts/electronics Experience testing finished assemblies may be required Surface mount soldering, through-hole soldering, and rework experience are preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment Dependable, flexible, and able to work under minimal supervision Quality-minded approach to work Willingness to perform other duties as assigned, including material handling Benefits:Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Direct Deposit Weekly Pay More benefits once hired in Employ-Temps Staffing Services provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran or military status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, political beliefs, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.#INDCF.
