Electronic Assembly Technician We are currently seeking candidates with soldering and electronic assembly experience for an Electronics Assembly Technician position with a well-established, contract electronics manufacturing company in Cuyahoga Falls.In this position, you will be assembling complex highly technical electronics for military and commercial applications in a state-of-the-art clean electronic manufacturing facility.Shift:Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Pay:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience) Key Responsibilities:Perform electronic and mechanical assembly and rework Solder components using through-hole and surface mount techniques Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs), wiring, subassemblies, and box builds Troubleshoot assembly issues to the component level Conduct visual PCB and mechanical inspections to ensure quality standards are met Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and written instructions Perform testing in accordance with written procedures Maintain adherence to quality and regulatory standards Minimum Requirements:Through-hole soldering experience required SMT experience a plus but not required Ability to troubleshoot to the component level Ability to read schematics and technical documentation Strong attention to detail and quality-minded approach Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools High school diploma or GED required J-STD Training a plus Benefits:Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Direct Deposit Weekly Pay More benefits once hired in Employ-Temps Staffing Services provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran or military status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, political beliefs, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.#INDCF.
