This person will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, calibration and repair to all electronic instrumentation, controls, SCADA system equipment, and remote RTU sites. Essential Functions Essential functions include but are not limited to: Performs repairs, preventive maintenance and calibration by conducting various tests on equipment in order to check and adjust instrumentation and controls. Installs new instrumentation as needed, interpreting electrical drawings, using technical manuals, and interpreting electrical signals. Installs parts and new instrumentation by using hand tools, test equipment, electrical drawings, and technical manuals. Will conduct testing the operation of instrumentation and the associated equipment to verify proper operation, and complete assigned work orders by utilizing computer software. Investigate equipment malfunctions by observation, utilizing test equipment, and through discussions with customers and equipment manufacturers.
