Trinity Lutheran School is seeking a lower elementary teacher to join our team of teachers! Key Responsibilities: Curriculum & Instruction Integrate a Biblical worldview into all teaching and interactions. Plan and deliver standards-based lessons with clear objectives. Maintain organized classrooms and updated lesson plans. Assess and provide timely feedback on student work. Use technology effectively to support and differentiate instruction. Classroom Environment Foster a respectful, structured, and engaging learning environment. Uphold high academic and behavioral expectations. Support students’ social and emotional well-being. Faith Development Lead students in prayer, devotions, and chapel participation. Encourage spiritual growth and development of God-given gifts. Professional Growth Participate in professional development and ongoing learning. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum, instruction, and faith integration. Student Progress & Communication Monitor and document student progress. Communicate effectively with students and parents. Use assessments to guide instruction. Leadership Teachers are expected to provide leadership within their classroom, on committees and in the school community. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in a teaching related field is required; a teaching credential is preferred. Demonstrate effort toward completion of a credential if one has not been earned. Relevant classroom experience preferred.
