Incorporate learning technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and understanding. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques. Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative evaluations, including standardized testing and informal assessments. Provide individualized support and tutoring to students who need extra help, including those with special education needs or on the autism spectrum. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, early childhood education initiatives, and special intervention programs. Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and upcoming activities. Support early intervention efforts by identifying developmental delays or learning challenges early on and coordinating appropriate resources. Work Location: In person
