Eligibility Coordinator

A company is looking for an Eligibility Coordinator to manage insurance eligibility processes in a remote role. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and manage telephone communications with staff and insurance representatives Ensure accurate documentation and updates regarding insurance eligibility for all patients Participate in employee orientation and education related to the Eligibility department Required Qualifications High school graduate or GED Minimum of one (1) year of experience in health care billing and/or authorization practices General knowledge of home care operations and third-party reimbursement Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
