Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for an Embroidery Machine Operator based in Brookdale, CA. The role involves operating and maintaining computer-controlled embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered logos and designs on various garments. The operator will set up machines, prepare garments, monitor production, and inspect finished products for quality. Additional responsibilities may include troubleshooting equipment issues and ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining workplace safety and cleanliness. Qualifications Experience in operating embroidery machines and familiarity with their maintenance Proficiency in reading and interpreting design files and specifications for embroidery Attention to detail to ensure high-quality output and the ability to identify and resolve production issues Time management and organizational skills to manage workflow and meet deadlines Basic technical knowledge of computer software used in embroidery design (e.g., digitizing software) is a plus Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle garments or materials Strong teamwork and communication skills Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is beneficial
