Our hospital is a Primary Stroke Center, nationally accredited in Cardiac and Heart Failure care, and part of a system with ACGME-accredited residency programs, including Emergency Medicine. What You’ll Do As the Emergency Room Nursing Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth, high‑quality operations during evening and night shifts. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing day‑to‑day unit operations with a focus on quality, safety, and cost‑effective patient care. Providing leadership, coaching, and support to the nursing team—helping staff grow professionally and perform at their best. Ensuring a holistic approach to care, considering the physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, and safety needs of each patient. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to maintain seamless communication and exceptional care delivery. Promoting a positive, professional work environment where teamwork and compassion come first.
