Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

Rolla Ambulance is looking for the right EMT or Advanced EMT to join our team. Position offers four on four off rotation with full benefits and growth opportunities. Applicants must have current NREMT licensure, or can obtain licensure within 90 days, a clean driving record, and work well with other crew members and facilities. Starting salary starts at $65,000.00 but DOE and licensure level. Not currently an EMT, that is OK, we will consider training someone who is looking at making a career change into EMS. Responsibilities Respond to emergency situations and provide medical aid to victims. Provide first aid and emergency medical services to victims in a disaster or state of emergency. Treat sick, injured or accident-prone persons using first aid training and experience. Transport patients to hospitals or other medical care facilities. Provide basic life support services such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation and automated external defibrillation. Conduct semi-skilled labor tasks in clinical areas with minimal supervision (e.g. take vital signs and administer medications).
