Specialty: Emergency Medicine Looking for ABEM trained only Coverage Needs : Need ASAP - Ongoing Shifts: Have Days, Mids, & Nights Mon-Tues: 7a-5p, 9a-7p, 3p-12a, & 7p-7a. Wed- Fri: 7a-4p, 9a-6p, 3p-12a, & 7p-7a. Sat-Sun: 7a-5p, 12p-10p, & 7p-7a Setting: Acute-care community hospital Handles minor to moderate trauma Severe trauma sent to Shreveport Must be comfortable stabilizing and transferring Census: 200 bed hospital 27.4k annual volume Average 75 patients per day Support Staff: Most subspecialties are on site except for neuro surgery and hand surgery NPPA: Mon-Fri: 12p-9p. Sat-Sun: 11a-8p Procedures: All Standard ER procedures EMR: EPIC Board Certification: Board Certified Required Travel: Hospital will cover Credentialing timeline: Expedited Onboarding - hoping for ASAP start Requirements: Active LA state license Active DEA and CDS in LA or willing to transfer ATLS, ACLS
