Description ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospital is looking for Full Time Emergency Veterinarians to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Los Angeles. One of our premier 24/7 ER and specialty partners, ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospital-Los Angeles, is growing and actively adding ER DVMs. This is more than a typical ER role. At ACCESS, you’ll work side-by-side with board-certified specialists across multiple disciplines, including surgery, neurology, oncology, exotics, and internal medicine, allowing for real-time collaboration, seamless case management, and the ability to practice at a higher level of medicine. Our progressive compensation model is designed to reward your impact, offering a competitive base salary alongside production opportunities—with no negative accrual. You’ll provide emergency care for sick and injured patients while also managing hospitalized cases. You’ll assess and diagnose patients, develop and oversee treatment plans, and partner closely with technicians to ensure high-quality execution of care. Your work will include performing surgeries, delivering critical care, and maintaining an exceptional standard of service for every patient who enters our emergency department. Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL full-time range starting at $350k-$400k/year. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
