Our progressive compensation model is designed to reward your impact, offering a competitive base salary alongside production opportunities—with no negative accrual. You’ll provide emergency care for sick and injured patients while also managing hospitalized cases. You’ll assess and diagnose patients, develop and oversee treatment plans, and partner closely with technicians to ensure high-quality execution of care. Your work will include performing surgeries, delivering critical care, and maintaining an exceptional standard of service for every patient who enters our emergency department. Located on Higgins Road, we are conveniently located to support all the pets in Hoffman Estates, Chicago, and the surrounding communities. Our 25,000 square foot multi-specialty, 24/7 emergency facility provides streamlined, advanced care services for your patients' critical and specialty care needs. Our expert emergency and critical care professionals will be there for you when you need us. Our level of care is maintained by the state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and highly trained staff used to treat your pet. Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL full-time range starting at $180K/year. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
