ABOUT US We are a locally owned bakery/ Empanada restaurant, with a simple menu of high end Empanadas.Primarily a to-go spot, our food is all purchased at the counter (no table service).This is an opportunity to be part of a unique business, with a simple and delicious menu! WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?SEEKING A RESPONSIBLE, MATURE INDIVIDUAL WHO IS SELF SUFFICIENT, IS COMFORTABLE WORKING ALONE, AND WANTS MORE OF A LONG TERM POSITION. Must have some experience in the food industry/ front of house. Must be able to provide excellent customer service. Any experience in a bakery, coffee shop, doughnut shop, ice cream/ frozen yogurt would be great, as it is most similar to how we are set up. Must be comfortable with opening and/or closing responsibilities Must have some weekend availability FRONT OF HOUSE:Your job is to SELL THE EMPANADAS.This means to man the register, take orders both in person and on the phone, heat up the pre-made empanadas and package them up along with sauces and drinks.You will be working alone (without team members).That means you will be responsible for doing every part of the job, including but not limited to:customer service, baking the empanadas, cleaning, re-stocking, ect.Other job responsibilities will include: Filling sauces & folding boxes Washing dishes & cleaning Sweeping/ mopping/ taking out trash ect.(must be ok with some dirty work) Restocking Empanadas and supplies such as boxes, paper, cups, ect. Closing and/ or opening responsibilities PAY:Front of house pay is minimum wage plus tips-- including tips it averages out to around $22-25 per hour, depending on how busy your shifts are, how good you are with customers, and upselling.Job Type:Part-time Pay:$21.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Food provided Paid training Ability to Commute:Fort Collins, CO 80521 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Fort Collins, CO 80521:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
