About the Role We are seeking an Employee Care Coordinator (Part-Time) who enjoys serving others, staying organized, and supporting both clients and caregivers. This role is ideal for someone who: Has a big heart and enjoys helping others Thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment Takes initiative and keeps things running smoothly You will work closely with the owner, nurse, and care team to ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality care while supporting and engaging our caregivers. This position offers strong growth potential, including the opportunity to grow into an Office Manager role as we expand. What You’ll Do Client & Care Coordination Attend client assessments with the nurse when needed Support onboarding of new clients and families with a warm, professional experience Assist with caregiver-client matching and communication Follow up regularly with clients and caregivers to ensure quality care Caregiver Support & Engagement Conduct caregiver onboarding and orientation Ensure caregivers understand expectations, policies, and procedures Maintain strong relationships with caregivers to support retention Help coordinate caregiver engagement and appreciation efforts Scheduling & Operations Assist with caregiver scheduling and shift coordination Manage schedule changes and ensure coverage needs are met Support daily coordination to keep operations running smoothly Compliance & Documentation Complete I-9 verification and onboarding paperwork Maintain organized, audit-ready employee files Ensure all required documentation is completed and properly stored Recruitment Support Post job openings and screen candidates Schedule interviews and follow up with applicants Support hiring efforts to build a strong caregiver team What We’re Looking For Required: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to travel locally for client assessments Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable using Excel, Word, and learning new systems Preferred: Experience in home care or healthcare coordination Supervisory or caregiver support experience Who You Are Compassionate and people-focused Organized and detail-oriented Reliable and proactive Strong communicator and team player Self-motivated and eager to grow Compensation & Growth Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Performance-based bonus opportunities Training and development Clear path to Office Manager role Why Join Us At SYNERGY HomeCare, you’re not just filling a role.
