A Brief Overview: The Employee Engagement Specialist resides in the Employee Engagement Team within Global Employee Experience department in Global Human Resources. This role supports the Employee Engagement Team with program coordination, administration, and execution of employee engagement initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities: Assists with design and implementation of our global employee engagement strategy. Supports the administration and deployment of employee listening initiatives, including survey building, distribution, and results reporting using tools such as Qualtrics. Works with various teams throughout the company to manage and implement employee engagement surveys. Implements and supports programs to measure company success around retention. Provides administrative and logistical support for employee engagement programs, including tracking participation, managing program calendars, coordinating events, etc. Keeps informed of best-in-class practices and make ongoing recommendations to create a more impactful employee and community engagement experience. Creates and distributes internal communications and promotional materials to drive awareness, participation, and engagement across programs. Prepares and maintains internal reports and coordinates internal meetings to develop strategies and implement plans. Provides program support to adjacent teams on engagement-related initiatives as needed , Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in a related field required Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Business or related field required Strong business acumen with the ability to connect employee engagement back to company objectives Ability to use data to help inform strategy and direction Experience with employee listening and survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics) and the Microsoft 365 suite Experience supporting the build-out, launch, and scaling of employee engagement programs. Comfortable creating program-facing content, including email communications, one-pagers, and presentation materials. Ability to build and interpret dashboards and reporting (e.g., Power BI) to translate engagement and retention data into actionable insights Demonstrate curiosity and willingness to bring innovative ideas that improve the employee experience and drive retention Must be organized, detail oriented and demonstrate strong time management skills and be able to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and assignments with limited supervision in a fast-paced deadline environment Must be able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage impact of shifting priorities Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with community partners and contribute to a professional work environment by demonstrating WWT’s core values Up to 25% of the time Domestic Travel only Want to learn more about WWT?
