Job Title: Employee Relations Business Partner Location: Hillsborough County, NH Industry: Healthcare Pay: $92,000–$98,000/yr Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, prescription, and vision coverage and retirement plan About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with a growing, multi-site healthcare organization to identify an experienced HR professional to lead employee relations efforts. This organization supports a large, diverse workforce and is focused on fostering a collaborative, people-first culture. Job Description: Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify an experienced HR professional to support leaders across a fast-paced healthcare environment. This individual will act as a strategic advisor on employee relations, leadership coaching, workforce planning, organizational development, and HR compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and department leaders on employee matters and workplace best practices Support employee engagement initiatives and help drive a positive team environment Provide guidance on performance concerns, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution Assist with workplace investigations and sensitive employee situations Partner with cross-functional teams to support business and operational goals Review trends and provide recommendations related to retention, morale, and team effectiveness Contribute to ongoing process improvements and HR initiatives Qualifications: 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist, HRBP, or employee relations capacity Strong employee relations and performance management background Knowledge of employment laws including FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEO, and Title VII Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification preferred Healthcare industry experience is required Perks: Collaborative and mission-driven culture Opportunity to influence leadership and organizational strategy Strong focus on employee development and internal growth Hybrid flexibility after onboarding Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
