Job Title: Employment Litigation Attorney Location: Nationwide (Fully Remote) About the Firm Our client is a highly respected, litigation-focused law firm known for its trial-driven approach in employment law. The firm has built a strong reputation for handling high-stakes, complex workplace disputes and achieving successful outcomes through aggressive and strategic advocacy. The firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney with experience in employment law and litigation to join its growing team. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 2+ years of employment litigation experience Strong experience in plaintiff-side employment matters preferred Experience with case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation, combined with excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills, and the ability to independently manage cases. Key Responsibilities Handle employment litigation matters from inception through trial Conduct depositions, discovery, and motion practice Develop case strategies and legal arguments Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials Why Join?
