Overview Seeking an Employment Counseling Attorney to advise employers on day-to-day workplace issues, compliance, and risk mitigation. This role is ideal for a proactive attorney who can deliver practical, business-focused legal guidance. Responsibilities Counsel clients on employment law matters (hiring, discipline, terminations) Ensure compliance with federal and Massachusetts laws Conduct workplace investigations Draft policies, handbooks, and employment documents Advice on wage & hour, leave, and accommodations Support administrative proceedings and potential litigation Provide training to HR and management Qualifications J.D. and active bar admission (MA preferred) 3+ years of employment law experience Strong counseling, drafting, and communication skills Why Join Hybrid flexibility Competitive compensation + benefits Client-facing, advisory-focused role Salary and Other Compensation: The base salary for this position is between $160,000 – $200,000 annually.
