Employment Law Attorney

Our client is seeking an 2+ years experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to handle wage-and-hour, discrimination, and harassment matters. Roles & Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Manage a limited caseload with direct client interaction Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw Support employment litigation matters involving workplace disputes and class actions Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active California State Bar License required Minimum 2 years of litigation experience required Strong legal writing, drafting, and analytical skills Employment law experience preferred with knowledge of litigation procedures Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Discretionary bonus opportunities 401(k) retirement plan with matching contributions Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage Paid time off, paid holidays, professional development support, and monthly cell-phone reimbursement
