RSVP at https://forms.office.com/r/jfzQAPh7hN CrowdDoing's Pro Bono Initiative is seeking a Systems Change Empowerment Coach, a unique role designed for coaches passionate about supporting volunteers and partners engaged in systemic change efforts. Your mission will be to empower these dedicated individuals, providing them with the guidance, resilience, and strategic thinking necessary to navigate and impact complex global challenges. Key Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one coaching to volunteers and systems change partners, focusing on enhancing their capabilities in addressing systemic challenges. Help these change-makers develop skills in resilience, emotional intelligence, and strategic problem-solving tailored to the context of global issues. Guide individuals through stress management, goal setting, and personal growth, ensuring their efforts in systemic change are sustainable and impactful. Foster a supportive and reflective coaching environment that promotes personal well-being alongside professional effectiveness in systemic change efforts. Collaborate with the CrowdDoing Coaching Collective, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the collective's effectiveness in supporting global change agents. This is an unpaid, virtual volunteer role. Qualifications: Certified coach or substantial experience in coaching, particularly in areas related to leadership, strategic problem-solving, or systemic change. Understanding of the unique challenges faced by volunteers and partners working on systemic global issues. Strong communication and motivational skills, with a talent for guiding individuals in high-pressure, complex environments. Commitment to ethical coac
