We're hiring an End Dump Driver to join County Materials in Antigo Job Summary: An End Dump Driver will haul bulk aggregates and other materials as needed in accordance with company policies and procedures. This position requires safe and efficient operation of end dump equipment while maintaining full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including DOT requirements. The End Dump Driver represents the company professionally at customer and plant locations, ensuring accurate deliveries and strong customer service. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Safely haul bulk aggregates and construction materials using end dump tractor-trailer equipment Demonstrate professional customer service while interacting with customers and site personnel Perform daily preventative maintenance, cleanliness, and ensure proper operating condition of assigned truck Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and in-route inspections on all equipment, including securement devices Confirm cargo type, quantity, and delivery destination; ensure all delivery tickets are signed and returned to the plant Ensure accurate placement of materials at delivery locations Transport product while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and established routes Follow all company safety policies, including proper use of required PPE Safely unload materials using approved methods Maintain consistent communication with the Dispatcher regarding routes, deliveries, and issues Act in a professional and courteous manner to maintain positive customer rela
