Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced End Dump Driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will operate equipment designed for hauling loose materials such as gravel, dirt, and debris across construction sites. Your expertise will ensure efficient material delivery, safe operation of heavy equipment, and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities Operate end dump trucks safely and efficiently to transport materials such as gravel, dirt, asphalt, and debris across construction sites. Coordinate with site supervisors and other equipment operators to ensure timely delivery of materials and smooth workflow. Conduct pre-trip inspections to verify operational safety and readiness. Maintain detailed logs of materials transported, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance needs for each shift. Follow all safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation, construction site regulations, and environmental standards. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly. Requirements Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Proven experience operating dump trucks in a construction environment. Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment. Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and OSHA regulations. Ability to perform routine maintenance checks on trucks. Experience working on construction sites involving paving projects or large-scale infrastructure development is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team in fast-paced environments. Join us in building the future!
