The work: As an End-user Engagement Operations Lead, you will be responsible for visualizing the change journey of different stakeholder groups impacted by a transformation. You will develop and execute communication strategies to enhance readiness, lead engagement initiatives, and select the best techniques based on objectives. It is expected that you will be a self-starter and have the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments. You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across various teams. Here's what you need: Minimum of 5+ years' experience with change analytics and interpreting insights to inform engagement strategies Strong stakeholder management skills Ability to operate independently and drive work forward in ambiguous or evolving environments Strong communication skills with experience developing and executing communication and engagement plans Problem‑solving skills with the ability to provide solutions for both immediate and cross‑functional teams ADKAR/Prosci Certification Preferred Qualifications Experience with journey management methodologies Background supporting Oracle EHR or Cerner Millennium transformations Experience designing and executing end‑user engagement programs for large‑scale technology or process changes Familiarity with selecting and applying a variety of engagement techniques based on audience needs and objectives As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
