Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineer based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and developing engineering systems and solutions tailored to project requirements. This includes collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet technical, safety, and compliance standards, overseeing the preparation of detailed technical drawings and documents, and contributing to the continuous improvement of project workflows. Qualifications Proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering principles and systems. Experience with design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and other Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to create innovative solutions to technical challenges. Effective collaboration and communication skills for engaging with clients, project managers, and project teams. Knowledge of industry codes, standards, and sustainability practices in building construction. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field) is preferred
