Job Roles And Responsibilities Lead and develop engineering and maintenance teams to ensure safe and efficient operations. Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across operations. Implement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Conduct root cause analysis to resolve equipment and process issues. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, bills of materials, and production standards. Collaborate with production and operations teams to improve processes and performance. Optimize equipment reliability, uptime, and production efficiency. Lead automation and innovation initiatives to enhance manufacturing capabilities. Support capital projects, equipment installations, and facility expansions. Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Qualifications And Certifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering required. Advanced degree in Engineering Management or Business Administration preferred. 10 or more years of experience in engineering and maintenance leadership within manufacturing. Experience in printing, converting, or similar industrial environments preferred. Strong expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement. Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Strong knowledge of equipment reliability, automation, and process optimization. Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
