A typical day begins with reviewing engineering build schedules and ensuring alignment with product and GTM milestones. You will lead cross‑functional readiness and execution meetings, proactively resolve issues, and keep builds moving forward. Throughout the day, you’ll manage prototype and PCB orders in SAP, collaborate closely with supply chain teams and contract manufacturers to ensure material readiness, and maintain dashboards that provide real‑time visibility into build status. This is a highly collaborative, fast‑paced role that requires strong problem‑solving skills and clear communication to deliver builds on time and with the required quality. Important: This is a night shift position with consistent overnight hours, significant overtime availability (unlimited OT), and a full benefits package. Key Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end planning and execution of engineering builds from prototype through production Align build schedules with GTM milestones; manage changes and downstream impacts Lead Build Readiness and Execution meetings; drive rapid issue resolution Manage prototype requests, PCB orders, and SAP transactions Partner with supply chain teams and contract manufacturers to ensure material readiness Track milestones, risks, and delivery commitments through dashboards and reporting Drive continuous improvement across build planning tools, models, and processes Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience Experience in build planning, manufacturing, or NPI execution Strong technical judgment and operational leadership skills Experience working with contract manufacturers and supply chain organizations ERP / MRP system experience (SAP preferred) Ability to travel approximately 30% Nice to Have Proven ownership mindset with a track record of accountability Comfortable making decisions and executing quickly in ambiguous situations Strong cross‑functional communication and collaboration skills
