Duties Assist with rigging operations to safely lift, move, and position heavy components or equipment Perform mechanical inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance Operate heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, or other specialized machinery following safety protocols Collaborate with team members to plan and execute complex assembly or disassembly tasks Troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation Follow detailed safety procedures during all operations and report any hazards or incidents immediately Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities Requirements Proven experience with rigging techniques and procedures in industrial or construction settings Strong mechanical knowledge of machinery, tools, and equipment used in heavy-duty environments Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently with proper certification if required Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting mechanical issues Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors Prior experience working with safety standards related to rigging, machinery operation, and industrial maintenance is preferred Embrace this opportunity to develop your engineering expertise while contributing to impactful projects.
