Engineering Lead $110,000 - $130,000 + Bonus + 401(k) + Benefits Package + PTO Dover, NH - (Commutable from Somersworth, Portsmouth, Barrington, Rochester, Epping, Milton, Kingston, Farmwood, Northwood) Are you an experienced Engineer looking to progress into a leadership role, guiding a small team while still staying hands-on with real-world engineering challenges? This is an opportunity to lead the testing and sustaining faction within a well-established Product Support / Reliability team at an extremely well-respected manufacturer. You'll take ownership of performance, product reliability analysis, and corrective action processes, while mentoring engineers and working cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement across existing product lines. This role focuses on sustaining engineering and field performance, ensuring products in production remain reliable, compliant, safe, and cost-effective. You'll be the technical lead, acting as the link between engineering, quality, manufacturing, and service.
