The Engineer Leader 2 (EL2) leads and manages projects/programs while building client trust and validating a world class solution. The EL2 leads engineering best practices across most disciplines and has applied experience with coaching and mentoring concepts and methods. Responsibilities Applied knowledge and experience in developing and maintaining strong trusting relationships. Leading complex technical discussions, projects, and/or programs. Validating world class technical solutions on projects. Ensuring engineering best practices are followed across multiple engineering and solution disciplines. Managing all technical risk on a project. Leading and managing engineering teams on a project Leading multiple engineering disciplines to develop new and upcoming engineers and technical experts.
