Duties & Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines. Collaborate closely with engineering teams, project managers, and cross-functional departments to define project scope, deliverables, and resource requirements. Monitor project progress, identify potential schedule delays or cost overruns, and proactively recommend corrective actions and mitigation strategies. Conduct critical path analysis and risk assessment to identify potential bottlenecks and develop contingency plans for complex engineering projects. Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, components, and services, working closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely availability. Prepare and present regular project status reports, schedule updates, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership. Ensure all planning activities adhere to technical specifications, engineering documentation standards, and regulatory requirements. Utilize ERP systems for resource planning, inventory management, and tracking project-related data to optimize operational efficiency. Facilitate effective communication channels between various project stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and aligned on project goals and progress. Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and contribute to process improvement initiatives for future planning efforts. Salary & Benefits This temp-to-perm role offers a highly competitive hourly wage ranging from $32 - $55 per hour , which translates to an annual salary of approximately $66,560 - $114,400, commensurate with experience and skills.
