Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Enhancement Crew Foreman to lead our landscaping and maintenance teams. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of enhancement crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will inspire teamwork and excellence across all outdoor improvement tasks. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of enhancement crew members engaged in landscape maintenance, gardening, and construction projects Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies Assign daily tasks related to lawn care, tree care, irrigation, and horticulture projects Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions promptly Maintain equipment, tools, and materials needed for various outdoor projects Provide guidance and mentorship to crew members to develop their skills and knowledge Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project expectations are met Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related outdoor construction fields Supervising or leadership experience in a similar role preferred Strong knowledge of lawn care, tree care, irrigation systems, gardening, horticulture, and general maintenance practices Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward safety and quality assurance Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred Join us as an Enhancement Crew Foreman and lead our talented team in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments.
