Enterprise Account Executives | Series B | 100% YoY Growth | $40Bn+ TAM San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid - 1-2 days in office) We’ve been exclusively retained on a confidential search to build out a founding Enterprise AE team for a high-growth Series B company operating at the intersection of finance, compliance, and AI-led automation. Client snapshot 100% YoY growth for the past 5+ years Series B → tracking toward Series C Operating in a $40Bn+ global addressable market Selling into CFO / C-level buyers Already closing multi-million dollar, multi-year enterprise deals Trusted by large global enterprises with complex, high-volume environments Why this role Clear economic buyer — CFOs already spending $M+ to solve this problem Large, complex enterprise deals — real ACV, real impact Greenfield territories — accounts being carved out now Opportunity to join early, own your patch, and materially outperform quota Building alongside early hires from MongoDB, Amplitude, AppDynamics, Sigma The mandate: Land net-new enterprise logos across open verticals Navigate complex buying groups at C-level, C minus one level. Build pipeline in true greenfield territory Convert early traction into repeatable enterprise wins About you Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales Strong net-new logo acquisition experience Comfortable selling into C-level personas Operated in high-growth environments with real quota pressure Motivated by ownership, territory, and earning potential This is a timing + product + market opportunity.
