Employer Industry: IT Consulting Services Why Consider This Job Opportunity Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote) after initial training period Involvement in a significant IT project impacting Medicaid systems Work with a diverse and inclusive employer that values reasonable accommodations Chance to contribute to high-visibility projects with substantial public impact What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Ensure conformance to PMI-oriented methodologies in the Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) processes Monitor development execution and validate deliverables against requirements Assist in the design and implementation of quality management templates for organizational use Proactively identify risks and issues, providing solutions and documentation Support testing and quality assurance activities, including defect tracking and resolution What Is Required (Qualifications) Minimum of 3 years of quality management experience in major IT healthcare systems development At least 3 years of experience in healthcare insurance IT software/systems implementations Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred Strong understanding of business process documentation and data requirements Exceptional written and oral communication skills How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with Medicaid eligibility systems and business operations Familiarity with the Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) Knowledge of the Medicaid Enterprise Certification Toolkit (MECT) Experience in outsourced IT development projects Ability to create solution metrics in an IT healthcare environment #ITConsulting #HealthcareIT #QualityAssurance #CareerOpportunity #HybridWork We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
