In this role, you'll: We’re looking for an Enterprise Transformation Advisor to help shape and drive organisation‑wide transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.In this role, you’ll work at the front end of change - partnering with leaders and teams to define problems, explore opportunities, and build strong, evidence‑based cases for action. You’ll bring structure to complex and ambiguous challenges, using research, benchmarking and analysis to inform strategic decisions and investment choices.This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys translating insight into impact. You’ll play a key advisory role, helping ensure transformation initiatives are well‑scoped, aligned to priorities, and ready to progress through governance and funding pathways.You will· Scope and shape transformation initiatives, including problem definition, objectives, success measures and options· Conduct leading and better‑practice research, industry analysis and benchmarking to inform strategic and investment decisions· Analyse complex information and synthesise insights into clear, practical recommendations· Develop high‑quality proposal packs, business cases, briefing papers and executive presentations· Support resource and demand planning by contributing to initiative sequencing, capability needs and pipeline planning· Partner with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to test ideas, challenge assumptions and align on priorities· Identify risks and opportunities and provide evidence‑based advice to support decision‑making· Contribute to enterprise knowledge assets, including research repositories, insights and case studies· Monitor and assess the impact of transformation initiatives using data and performance measures For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and informtion pack. About you You’re a strong analytical thinker who enjoys working on complex problems and helping organisations make better decisions. You’ll bring:· Experience in transformation, strategy, advisory or continuous improvement roles· Strong capability in scoping work, conducting research and translating insights into recommendations· Experience with leading and better‑practice research, benchmarking and comparative analysis· Ability to clearly define problems and develop structured, evidence‑based options· Experience contributing to business cases, investment proposals or executive decision papers· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including engagement with senior leaders· Proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse stakeholders and disciplines· High proficiency in Microsoft tools, particularly PowerPoint· Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience Who we are Transport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system.
